Happy New Year!!!
It’s the new year and full of new possibilities! I hope all you had a warm and safe holiday season. In early December, I shot a feature in TWO weeks (boom!) It is a horror film based on a web series, tentatively titled “The Octopus.” I play a character who is a combination of Martha Steward and Rachael Ray. The film is scheduled to be released February 15th but I’m not sure where. When I know more, I’ll share more. It is the second feature film that I’ve been in where I play a principal character from beginning to end. Shooting a feature is not for the weak, I was exhausted when we wrapped the project, but I had a great experience.

2021 was a banner year for me for auditions! I auditioned over 100 times! I have never had so many auditions in one year. And I was seen by some new casting directors which I believe is a byproduct of the pandemic and in-person activities, like auditions, moving to virtual. There is much about the COVID pandemic that is truly tragic but being seen by more casting directors and having over 100 auditions is something to celebrate. J
This week I had an interview with the head of the local chapter of Women in Film and Television. They are doing an article about me for their February 2022 issue. I’ll share that when it is published.
